Review: I sent Rob an email on a Sunday and he called right away. He said he couldn't come over the next day because of a previous engagement but would come right away on Sunday. It wasn't necessary so we made an appointment for Tuesday. BUt it was nice to know that Rob was willing to fix my problem right away.

Review: Rob is fantastic. Sometimes when you find someone on Craigslist (as I did Rob) you don't always get somebody very capable or trained. That is definitely not the case with Rob. He is more than capable, he is truly professional and prepared. He knows his computers and what they can do. He is truthful and a very pleasant young man. I enjoyed talking to him.

Review: I own a business and I have a secretary 100 miles AWAY from my office, I wanted to find a way where we could share my home computer from that distance. Not only did Rob make this happen, he traveled 100 miles to make sure everything worked, loaded an updated software on both our computers, and included it all in the same price. I have dealt with a lot of so called computer people, everyone always tried to tell me I had to buy some special software, but he said it was already there.
